Program

1.Making Sushi

First, make the sushi rice. Then, make nigirizushi and gunkanmaki.

We will also teach tips on how to make sushi rice and sushi.

2.Making California roll

Making California rolls using your own vinegared rice.

I will give you tips on how to make the rolls and how to grip them.

3.Sushi Quiz and Learn History

Learn the history and etiquette of sushi in a quiz format.

I will also use a projector to tell the history of sushi.

4.Eat Sushi

Enjoy sushi by searing it over a burner or adding condiments.

In addition, sushi etiquette will be practiced while eating.

My name is Yuko

Igraduated from sushi school in Tokyo.

Then I worked at a sushi restaurant

in Ginza Japan.

I married my husband

who live in Hawaii and moved here.

I wanna use my skills and experiences

to make all guests to visit Hawaii

feel happy and have a great time.
